Michael Schuldt, President
With almost 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Michael Schuldt founded AEC CIO Advisors to provide fractional strategic technology consulting services to architecture, engineering, and construction firms.

Michael has spent his professional career managing complex technology projects while building trusted relationships with clients and team members. He actively participates as a member of senior management teams and leads strategic technology planning efforts to achieve business goals. He has directed several major successful IT initiatives including a complete ERP replacement, multiple CRM implementations, and customized SharePoint sites for internal and external collaboration.
He is also experienced in founding and managing venture-backed companies and is actively involved as an equity partner and advisory board member for two dynamic tech start-up companies.
